Megan Pauwels has stepped down from her position of Coach and Cricket Manager of our Female teams. Megan has been involved as a player and coach for a long period of time and has led our programme for the past two seasons.
The improvement in our performance this season has a lot to do with Megan's efforts. It culminated in a finals appearance by the thirds, the Womens first 11 T20 win and improved performances by players in all sides.
Megan has unselfishly devoted a lot of her time to the development of our girls and in particular has set up and run our Junior Programmes including both the Molineux Academy and involvement in Under 15 and Under 18 squads.
Her expertise has been recognised at State level through her coaching with the Victorian Under 19's.
We hope she enjoys her time away from the hurly burly of day to day coaching but hope that she has time for an occasional appearance through the year.
Thanks for all your efforts to promote the Dandenong CC and the skill of its players Megan.
